Call for applications – academic year 2024/2025
A CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR ENROLLMENT INTO THE FIRST YEAR OF INTEGRATED UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE UNIVERSITY STUDY OF DENTAL MEDICINE (IN ENGLISH) LEADING TO THE ACADEMIC TITLE OF DOCTOR OF DENTAL MEDICINE IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024/2025
Study program
Dental Medicine in English is Integrated undergraduate and graduate university study, with a 6-year duration. The maximum number of admitted students will be 12 and all the admitted students are expected to pay the tuition fee in the amount of 10.000,00 Euro per academic year. The cost of the application fee is
250, 00 Euro. The academic year starts in October and admission is possible only into the winter semester.
The tuition fee can be paid:
- in full at enrollment or
- in two installments (5.000,00 Euro at enrollment, 5.000,00 Euro by November 15, 2024).
According to the Regulations of accounting policy of the University of Rijeka, a student who pays tuition in 2 (two) installments, is obliged to bring a promissory note from his home country of the amount of 5.000,00 Euro. The cost of enrolment for the academic year 2024/2025 is 50,43 Euro.
All prospective candidates who have completed the secondary school program requirements in the Republic of Croatia, or attained equivalent qualifications abroad, in the duration of at least four years, and who have taken the courses in Biology, Chemistry and Physics for at least two years are eligible for admission into the first year.
Applications
Applications are received for each term until 10 working days before the entrance exam. Applications for the summer term should be sent by June 28, 2024, and for the autumn term by August 30, 2024.
Entrance exam will be organized on-site on following dates:
- July 09, 2024
- September 10, 2024
Psychomotor Ability Test will be held online on the following dates:
- July 10, 2024
- September 11, 2024
Final ranking results will be published on official faculty web sites https://fdmri.uniri.hr/en/ on:
- July 11, 2024
- September 12, 2024
The appeal period is 24 hours after the results are announced.
The fall entrance exam will take place only if there are available places left.
